We are currently in the process forming a relationship with the Ryther Child Center, a place which helps troubled kids and teens. A few of us have been over to visit their campus on multiple occasions. We've toured the facility and met with the staff. On our most recent visit, several of us were able to meet and briefly hang out with some of the patients.
Before the summer ends, we hope to visit the campus a few more times. We are currently planning a large scale volunteer day/fundraiser for fall. This event would include active Beta Omega members, alumni, and parents.
In addition, Beta Theta Pi is heading in the direction of becoming an official Ryther League. If/when this occurs, we would not only be the youngest Ryther Leagues, but we'd also be the first male Ryther League. We hope to form a long and meaning relationship with this organization.
